  • Mark your calendars...Columbus Suburban College Fair is Sunday, September 28th, from 1-3:30 at Otterbein University. This event is a must for all juniors and most seniors and a great introduction to the college search process for freshmen and sophomores. Check out more information, including  a list of the over 200 colleges attending this year's fair at http://www.college-fair.org

  • Late Arrival school days for the remainder of the 2014-15 school year are:  October 20, November 17, December 15, January 12, February 2, March 23, April 13 and May 11. During this time WKHS teachers and staff will participate in a staff development session.  1st Period will begin at 9:10 a.m (with a 9:05 bell to get to class). School transportation will begin to pick up students at their assigned bus stops at 8:40 a.m.  Students who do not ride the bus are asked to wait until 8:50 a.m. before they arrive at school.

  • Almost Maine picture WKHS Theatre Presents:  Almost, Maine by John Cariani  
    The residents of the small northern town of Almost as they fall in and out of love under the northern lights.  
    Thursday, Sept. 18 at 7:30 pm and Saturday, Sept. 20 at 2:30 and 7:30 pm.

    The 2014 books have arrived!  The distribution room was open during 1st and 4th periods last week.  If your student still needs to pick up their pre-ordered book, they can do so by contacting Mrs. Mullen.  The 2014 book is completely SOLD OUT, so don't wait to pre-order the 2015 book. From now until Thanksgiving break, books are $70.00. Books can be purchased online or through the school. If you have any questions about pre-ordering the 2015 book, please contact Mrs. Lively. Be sure to purchase your 2015 book early. The price goes up after Thanksgiving!

    Senior parents can also purchase recognition ads for their senior online or through the school. Contact Mrs. Mullen at with any questions about senior recognition ads.
