Dear Park Shark Families:
I hope this letter finds you happy, healthy, and enjoying the educational experience that your child is having this school year! As we enter the second part of the school year, we will be assessing the students in order to measure the progress that they have made so far. The teachers will use the assessment information to guide the instructional practices that they utilize with the students in order to maximize student academic growth.
In addition to academic growth, we are focused on the social and emotional growth of our students through the 7 Virtues. The seven virtues are honesty, responsibility, compassion, perseverance, giving, self-discipline, and respect.
Thank you for allowing us to educate your child. We see it as an honor to be a part of your child's life in this way. If you ever need anything, please do not hesitate to call the school.
All are welcome to come to the Worthington Park Library on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 6:00 pm for an informal Q & A session with the Park Principal. There is no set topic. Mrs. Armstrong will be available for an hour to answer any questions that you may have.
