Welcoming new families to the Worthington Community!

How do I enroll my child in the Worthington City Schools?

Log on to www.worthington.k12.oh.us Complete the on-line registration form found on the Worthington website under District Information, New Student Enrollment. After submitting the form you will be provided with a telephone number to call your child's school to set up an appointment.
On your appointment day, be sure to arrive with the following materials:

Proof of Residency: THREE ITEMS showing parent name at Worthington address. Consisting of any combination of the following: Mortgage Statement; Lease or Rental Agreement; Property Tax Bill; Paycheck Stub; Insurance Statement; Utility Bill; Bank Statement; Credit Card Statement
Proof of Custody (if applicable). Divorce or dissolution document or in Guardianship Cases, contact the New Student Welcome Center for details
Parent/Guardian drivers license or state photo identification
Original or certified copy of student birth certificate or passport
Immunization records (or exemption)
Current IEP and MFE or 504 (if applicable)
