MEDICATION POLICY
Students are permitted to carry over-the counter medications such as cold medicine, pain relievers, etc. with a form signed by a parent on file. Forms are available in the health office. With the exception of inhalers for asthma, and EpiPens, students may NOT carry prescription medications. Ohio law requires a form signed by both parent and physician in order to administer prescription medication at school. These forms are also available in the health office.
