Mock Trial Team

The Mock Trial Team is a co-curricular activity for students who are taking or who have taken Law I or Law II. Students develop and argue a case, usually based on a Constitutional issue. Click here to read about this year's case.

There is a statewide competition, with Districts in early February, Regionals at the end of February, and States in March. Practicing attorneys serve as legal advisors for the team. Find out the latest about this year's Ohio High School Mock Trial.

Meeting Dates: Tryouts for the team occur during late October/early November. Practice takes place Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. beginning in mid-October and continuing each week until competition.
