Substitute Teaching with Worthington Schools

Substitute Teachers for the Worthington City Schools are hired through the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Central Ohio. You must have a current Ohio Teaching license or an Ohio Substitute license to substitute in our classrooms.
- Go to the Educational Service Center webpage and click the gray arrow that is titled “CLICK FOR MORE INFO” and follow the steps.
For questions regarding this process, please email the ESC at firstname.lastname@example.org When you are approved through the ESC, you will become active in the Worthington Aesop system (used for reporting absences and requesting substitutes) and may begin substituting.
