Substitute Teaching with Worthington Schools

Substitute Teachers for the Worthington City Schools are hired through the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Central Ohio.  You must have a current Ohio Teaching license or an Ohio Substitute license to substitute in our classrooms.

For questions regarding this process, please email the ESC at substitute@escco.org  When you are approved through the ESC, you will become active in the Worthington Aesop system (used for reporting absences and requesting substitutes) and may begin substituting.
