• Dyanne Lewis

    Dyanne Lewis MA, AT is an athletic trainer through Worthington School District. Dyanne is the head football athletic trainer at Worthington Kilbourne and has been working with Kilbourne since the opening in 1991. Dyanne received her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Health Science from Ball State University, followed by her Master of Science at The Ohio State University. Dyanne is licensed by the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board, a Certified Athletic Trainer by the Board of Certification, and a member of both the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and Ohio Athletic Trainers’ Association.
