Student Enrollment Instructions

  • The Worthington Schools enrollment process is now completed entirely online, and all documents are uploaded directly to the Welcome Center.

    • The Welcome Center is not holding in person appointments at this time. All meetings will be over the phone or email.

    • Enrollments may be processed within 24 to 48 hours during the school year if all of the required documents are uploaded during the online registration process.

    • Make sure that your uploaded documents are readable and printable. Poor quality could delay your enrollment. We recommend that the documents be in the PDF format if possible. If any documents are missing, unreadable, or cannot be opened, you will receive an email from the Welcome Center with details.

    • During the registration process, you will need to provide addresses, phone numbers and email addresses for parents and guardians, as well as anyone that you want listed as an emergency contact. 

    • Custody documents are required by the state of Ohio. You should be prepared to upload your entire court stamped and filed shared parenting plan.

    • You will need to upload the following documents.

      - Student's birth certificate or passport
      - Parent/guardian driver's license, photo ID or passport
      - Current lease or mortgage statement
      - Current utility bill (dated within 30 days of enrollment)
      Student's current immunizations
      - Any custody documentation

    If documents are missing - this delays the enrollment process. If you have questions about your enrollment, you can email Deb SittlerPlease be prepared to upload these documents.

    ATTENTION PARENTS WANTING TO REQUEST ALL-DAY KINDERGARTEN for 2022-2023: All documents must be uploaded at the time of registering. After uploading all necessary documents, you will be sent a link to schedule an enrollment appointment. These appointments will take place via email or phone. Please indicate in the comments section on Nemo-Q your meeting preference.

    ATTENTION PARENTS REGISTERING FOR THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR: If you are missing a birth certificate or shot records, the State of Ohio gives you 14 days to send it into the Welcome Center.

    When you go to the next page, use the link to enter information for each child who needs to be enrolled. After filling out the initial information, you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the website where you can complete online registration.
