Transition Night: Community Resource Fair
Transition Night is a resource fair for families of students with disabilities to learn about agency supports, community resources, and post-school options. Transition Night is held annually in the fall (insert flyer)

College Seminar for students with an Individualized Education Plan or 504 Plan is held annually in fall. This event is for students and families in area high schools with a focus on how to apply for and access accommodations at the college level. A panel of representatives from many different colleges will be available to answer questions. (insert flyer)
Junior and senior students that have an Individualized Education Plan have an opportunity to visit Columbus State Community College OSU Newark/Central Ohio Technical College through the special education department annually in the fall. These experiences will familiarize students with the campuses, including Disability Services, and the admission process. Please look in the school newsletter or contact your son/daughter’s Intervention Specialist for more information
