Important Meal Information - Flyer
The USDA is requiring school food services to prepare to return to typical pre-pandemic operations for the 2022-23 school year. This will mean a return to eligibility-based pricing of meals (Free/Reduced/Paid). Students will also begin to use Lunch ID Numbers again. Due to these changes, all Worthington School families will be required to complete the online Free/Reduced Lunch Eligibility Form.
My Payments Plus will still be where you can add money to your student's meal account and keep track of how much is on it. My Payments Plus is also used to pay other fees, like high school parking permits and AP testing fees.
Students will again be using their School Lunch ID or pin number for purchases. The student's number can be found in the Parent Portal. Select the Student ID tab and look for your Lunch PIN.
Update Your Emergency Contacts
-
You should always review your emergency contact information before the start of each school year. Just follow these instructions (en español) to provide up-to-date emergency data information for your family. If you have any problems logging in, you can use the password recovery link.
Immunizations
-
The State of Ohio requires all 7th graders provide proof of Tdap and MCV4 (Menactra/Meningitis). All 12th grade students are required to have a second dose of the MCV2 or one dose given after the age of 16. Please provide proof of these vaccines to your school nurse or school office prior to the beginning of the start of the school year.
The Ohio Department of Health provides this complete list of immunization requirements for the state. Find out more about free local immunization clinics by visiting our Health Services page.
School Computers
-
The 2021-2022 school year was the first year of Worthington Schools one-to-one initiative. The goal is to provide all students with similar technology tools to ensure classroom success. For the 2022-2023 school year, students going into the 6th grade will receive a device at the start of school along with 9th grade students swapping their devices for a new one.
