Principal Tricia Winland joined Sutter Park Preschool in the fall of 2017. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of special education, intervention and assessment. 

Ms. Winland is entering her 16th year as an educator. She was an elementary Special Education teacher for 6 years in Springboro, Ohio. She moved back to her hometown of Columbus and was a special education supervisor and elementary principal with Columbus City Schools. She received her bachelor's degree (Intervention Specialist) and master's degree (Education Administration) from the University of Dayton. She is currently a student in Ohio State's Educational Doctoral program.

Sutter Park Preschool Staff members are experts in providing early intervention and instruction to students ages 3-5. All Sutter Park teachers are licensed Intervention Specialists that provide instruction following Ohio's Early Learning and Development Standards. Each classroom has an assigned paraprofessional that are trained and knowledgable in working with students with special needs. Our program also has several related service providers, such as Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, a Physical Therapist and an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher.
