MAY 18 - THE “NUTS AND BOLTS” DAY
Families will enter TWHS through the stadium driveway and follow signage.
Our goal is to be efficient and organized, getting you in and out fast. Please prepare in the following way:
- Gather any/all school property that needs to be returned. Think textbooks, school computers, athletic/music uniforms, instruments and anything else the school owns. Organize it in a way (in backseat or trunk) that will make it easy for a staff member/volunteer to retrieve while you remain in your car.
- Pay all outstanding fees or fines. (Ensure you can pick up your diploma on 5/18!) If you are unable to pay fines and fees at this time, your diploma will be mailed when the obligations are met.
Be prepared to receive: any remaining items from your locker, your cap and gown, senior regalia, athletic and academic awards, and your diploma.
Please follow this schedule on May 18: Seniors with the last name beginning with:
A-F are asked to arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

May 19 IS PURE CELEBRATION! (Optional event for seniors)
(In the event of rain, backup day will be May 23.)
On Tuesday, May 19, we will offer graduates a photo opportunity at the TWHS stadium. At a safe distance, graduates will enter the stadium with their families, be announced over the loudspeaker, walk across the field, pause for a photographer, and promptly exit with their family from the stadium. Our goal is to be safe, organized, and efficient, while also giving families the same brief moment of joy they would have enjoyed at the graduation ceremony. Parking, movement, and spacing will be directed. Families will enter TWHS through the stadium driveway and be directed through the parking lot.
To prepare, please consider the following steps:
- Make sure your gown is pressed, and you are dressed the way you want for your photo.
- Immediate family members may also enter the stadium with their graduate. We are requesting no more than two cars per graduate for parking and distancing purposes.
- Bring/Wear your academic regalia (cords and medals) and make sure shoes will work on fields.
For this concept to work, we cannot permit lingering or gathering.
Please follow this schedule on May 19: Seniors with the last name beginning with:
A-F are asked to arrive between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
G-L are asked to arrive between 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
M-R are asked to arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
S-Z are asked to arrive between 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
