Thanks to the support of our community, Worthington Schools continues to invest in the people, programs and spaces that help every student thrive. Voter-approved operating funding allows us to sustain high-quality academic programs, student services and extracurricular opportunities while meeting the needs of a growing district. At the same time, Phase 2 of our Master Facilities Plan has transformed Thomas Worthington and Worthington Kilbourne High Schools through comprehensive renovations and new construction, creating learning environments designed to support today's students and tomorrow's possibilities.

Our commitment to preparing students for the future extends beyond our buildings. Through our Portrait of a Learner, developed in partnership with Battelle for Kids and shaped by input from students, families, staff and community members, we have identified the knowledge, skills and dispositions every Worthington graduate should develop. This shared vision helps ensure that learning experiences across the district prepare students to think critically, collaborate effectively, adapt to change and make meaningful contributions in an ever-evolving world.
