Sheena Costa Flowers
Sheena Costa Flowers is a community-driven leader, proud Worthington Schools alumna and parent, and a strategic human resources professional.
A Columbus native with Bahamian roots, she graduated from Capital University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Human Resources. She brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Total Rewards, and organizational leadership across the beauty, education, manufacturing, and retail sectors. She is recognized for creating inclusive benefit programs and developing partnerships that balance organizational goals with the well-being of the people they serve.
Sheena and her husband, Reese, have three children who attend Worthington Schools. As a long-time Worthington resident, she is committed to strengthening the connection between families, educators, and the district. Sheena believes strong schools are built on strong partnerships with families and values creating pathways for families to feel informed, engaged, and connected. Her priorities include fostering belonging, supporting holistic student well-being, and strengthening early literacy. She believes deeply in elevating student voice, encouraging clear and accessible communication, and supporting learning experiences that help students develop the confidence and skills needed for a future-ready world.
Guided by collaboration, curiosity, and care, Sheena is passionate about contributing to a school community where every student feels valued, understood, and uplifted.
