Policy & Compliance

Why:
We are committed to our responsibility to create, amend, and interpret policies. Constantly mindful of the impact our decisions have on our communities. We should have clear and concise policies to ensure the effective and orderly administration of the district’s schools, as well as compliance.

How:
We ensure that our policies align with applicable laws and regulations and address emerging needs of the District. We collaborate with our Superintendent and Treasurer on implementation of policies and maintain oversight for the purpose of compliance.

Objectives:
●     Meet, as needed, with legal counsel
●     Remain informed of policy guidance coming from OSBA, NEOLA, OASBO
●     Solicit community feedback

Goals:
●     Review and update the anti-bullying policy
