As the Worthington School District continues to replace and renovate our school buildings, these environmental considerations are in place:

• Equipment and/or systems are replaced with Energy  Star or LEED compliant equipment, high energy efficiency
   
• LED Lighting – interior and exterior
   
• Water reduction - reduced flow automatic flush valves
   
• Energy efficient boilers
   
• Energy efficient chillers
   
• Use of variable seed frequency drives
   
• Solar reflective film
   

• Use of permeable pavers (Worthingway)
   

• Solar reflective roofing membranes
   

• Use of condensing boilers
