Vaccination clinics to be held in Worthington School District

The Ohio Department of Health requires any child entering 7th grade to receive the meningococcal & Tdap vaccines, and any child entering 12th grade to receive the meningococcal vaccine.
To make this more convenient for Worthington families, Columbus Public Health is offering the following clinics. Students currently in 6th or 11th grade can receive the meningococcal & Tdap vaccines at these clinics. Please call Columbus Public Health at 614-645-7945 for information regarding costs and insurance acceptance.

Clinics are often very busy and may stop taking patients earlier if it becomes full, so we encourage families to take students early to avoid being turned away.
