Summer Programs

The 2026 summer programming window is June 1 - June 25, and there is an extended learning session July 6 - July 16 for high school students who need additional time for credit recovery.  Most programs will run Monday-Thursday.  Further details about specific programs will be included in the Summer Program Guides, which will be updated in January 2026. Please note that this program also references some community options. Worthington Summer Enrichment Academy will run June 1-4 with morning and afternoon sessions available for K-8 students.

Our program is designed to provide intervention to students who need assistance and to provide extension opportunities for families seeking extension.  It is further designed through the lens of increasing a sense of belonging within the school community.  We will provide transportation (if needed) for intervention programs.

Online registration for blended get-ahead and credit recovery programs will open in late January 2026.  Registration for other enrichment and skill-building courses (including Worthington Summer Enrichment Academy) will open in mid-February 2026.  Students enrolled in the federal lunch program are eligible for discounts.

Communication to families of students eligible for elementary and middle school intervention will be sent in mid-February/early March 2026, and online registration will open at that time.
