Summer Programs
The 2025 summer programming window is June 2 - June 26, and there is an extended learning session July 7 - July 17 for high school students who need additional time for credit recovery. Most programs will run Monday-Thursday; there will be no summer learning programs on June 19 in recognition of Juneteenth. Further details about specific programs will be added as we update the Summer Programs Catalog.
Our program is designed to provide intervention to students who need assistance and to provide extension opportunities for families seeking extension. It is further designed through the lens of increasing a sense of belonging within the school community. We will provide transportation (if needed) for intervention programs.
Online registration for blended get-ahead and credit recovery programs will open in late January 2025. Registration for other enrichment and skill-building courses (including Worthington Summer Enrichment Academy) will open in mid-February 2025. Students enrolled in the federal lunch program are eligible for discounts.
Communication to families of students eligible for elementary and middle school intervention will be sent in mid-February/early March 2025, and online registration will open at that time.
