Enroll in the Worthington School District

STEP 1: Register Your Email (Choose An Option)

STEP 2: Upload Documents

Once you have entered all of your family information and the emergency contacts, you will have to upload documents for enrollment:

  • Student's birth certificate or passport
  • Parent/guardian driver's license, photo ID or passport
  • Current lease or mortgage statement
  • Current utility bill (dated within 30 days of enrollment)
  • Student's current immunizations
  • Any custody documentation, if applicable
  • Any shared residency forms & proof of residency, if applicable

Tips To Upload Documents & Avoid Delays In Enrollment:

A. It is highly recommended that you do this on a desktop or laptop computer and not a mobile device!

B. The recommended file format is PDF

C. Open the file and check that the entire document is visible and readable before you upload

D. Edit the file names of documents so they are easy to identify

*Poor quality documents will delay the enrollment process; if documents are missing, unreadable or cannot be opened, you will receive an email from the Welcome Center with details of what needs to be completed.*If you have questions, please email Tammy  Perito
