Worthington Cardinal Sport’s Weekly Update-May 22, 2017-Worthington Strong 
 
Fall Sport Information:
Parents please go to Athletic Web-Site for Fall Sport Information:  the site includes dates for athletic physicals, how to access and complete final forms.  The site will include information on dates and times for summer work-outs/open gyms as well as starting dates for practices and try-outs, plus contact information for all coaches. The Fall Sport's Schedule is on the site as well, please feel free contact Worthingway if you have any questions or concerns.  
 

FINAL FORMS: The registration window in FinalForms is now open for you to register your student-athletes for athletic programs for the 2017-2018 school year. You are able to register for all fall, winter and spring sports. Parents and students may then sign the appropriate forms.

Volleyball: Worthingway volleyball summer dates have been posted! Stop by the office to grab a handout with all of the summer info on it before the end of the school year.  
 
There is Thomas Worthington Youth Soccer, Girls Volleyball, Football and Wrestling Camp Information on the stand near the front office.

Access to Event Information: Please go to Worthingway Website-click on Athletics/Activities, click on Athletics and scroll down to Calendar; click on date, you will be able to access event, time, site, address, and directions.  
 
 

 
Kroger Community Rewards Program

The Kroger Community Rewards Program gives back to schools.  If you are interested in supporting Worthingway through the Kroger Community Rewards Program, please see the instructions below:
- If this is your first time signing up:
2. Click “create account”
3. Put in your email address and password 
4. Confirm your password
5. Enter plus card or alternate ID number
6. Go to Community Awards (near bottom)
7. Follow steps (name, address, etc.)
8. Put in the group number or part of the name of the organization
9. Choose the correct organization
10. Click Enroll.
 
- To re-enroll card:
2. Click “sign-in”
3. Put in your email address and password 
4. Click on participants name at the top right, scroll to the bottom for Community Rewards
5. Put in the group number or part of the name of the organization
6. Choose the correct organization
7. Click Enroll.
You will be enrolled through April 30th 2018
